Dr Amishi Jha; what a goldmine. I love how Paul gave her permission to fully geek out. She went for it. Totally paid off. She made it sound so simple. Amazing stuff.

Inspired by Dr Amishi Jha, i got the audiobook "Peak Mind", just started listening to it...

already I am trying to "pay attention to my attention"

trying to do it in self-compassionate way
