Running on Empty by Jonice Webb Phd and Mindset by Dr Carol S Dweck are available as audiobooks on Libby (the public library e-resource app). There might be a queue to borrow them but the queues have a way of shrinking faster than expected.

I particularly like Running on Empty. Her episode didn't resonate with me but the book was very important in my recovery.
