Lexapro Suddenly Stopped Working?

I've been taking 15 mg Lexapro for anxiety/depression for about 3 years now with good results. About a week ago, I started to feel a bit like I did before the meds, (anxious, agitated, rapid thoughts). These feelings started after I got my prescription refilled. This made me wonder if its possible that my refill is somehow full of duds? Or rather that I've built up a tolerance to the drug and its effectiveness has waned. Its just strange how one day I was feeling totally fine and the meds were working and the next day they weren't. Any thoughts or feedback would be appreciated

This is a normal response. Some people need to have mess adjusted after a few years. It could be simple as upping or lowering your dose. Call your psych for an eval.
