going off meds has turned me into the hulk

I just went off a combo of celexa and wellbutrin. Its been three weeks and I have been growing more and more agitated and irritable. I am a super nice/sweet person and have never been the angry type but this past week it barely takes anything to send me over the edge.I get so mad I want to scream at people and break things. Has anyone else experienced that? Is this normal?

I was on celexa 2 years and wellbutrin about 9 months
I tapered off celexa first then wellbutrin both in a months time.
