Thank you for sharing more of these bits, Beany. They always give me much to ponder.

I thought that was just going on in my own head. ;)

Whether it's actually internal or external, it's good to know that you've found a way to increase your tolerance.

Thank you both,

It might be evolutionary; internal but effecting how I sense air. Handy when you’re in the wild, where threats carry on the air. Detrimental in a city. It paints every external stimuli in a dangerous tint. And every thought. Exhausting.

I’m relieved to be engaging with it differently.

I suspect indecision and risk aversion are symptoms of anxiety/depression.
