Finding someone to talk to

Post by neufena »

I'm having a few problems with sex and my wife keeps telling me I 'need to find someone to talk to about it'. Seems easy to her with her millions of friends and family!

I don't want to take up somebodies valuable time to deal with me, they have much more important things to do. I guess I need to find someone who's time I don't value. But then I expect I also won't value their opinion either!

Any ideas how I can resolve this!!

Well....have you spoken to HER about it?

I do have to say, the lack of value you place on yourself is quite obvious. Maybe you both could see a marital counselor for a bit who specializes in marital issues, specifically, sex?

Remember that you're a valuable person, therefore taking someone's time to resolve an intimacy issue isn't a burden. If you have friends and family, they love you, and that means they want to help you whenever they can and however they can. That's not a burden. It's what family and friends do for one another.
