Good Morning Manny!

Just opened a book called "Hack your Anxiety", and there in the intro is a quote by Victor Frankl - "Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom."

I know this is true, but sometimes the space seems so small... or it's easy to forget that it's even there!

(Forgot about that quote...I read "Man's Search for Meaning" many years ago, and have returned to it recently.)

Yours in the Struggle,

SD
