Here is my suggestion:
Step 1: Ask yourself: "What is the most pressing issue I'm facing today?"
Step 2, having had your psyche/unconscious telling what that issue is: "Now that I know what the main issue is, what is one simple/quick/easy/free action, however small, that I can effect today?"
Step 3: Complete that action. Does the action take 1-5 minutes? All the better!
