Congratulations for going to the coffee shop! While they were closed, you did your part and demonstrated courage, even great courage. Keep an eye out, this week, for good karma as a reward for demonstrating courage.

And in your planning for next week, which is a good idea, be sure to give yourself a little grace and wiggle room: we’re it me, I’d write down no more than three goals, and consider accomplishing two of them a success. Nice and easy.
