emptiness

Post by duck1 »

I felt a lost of emptiness so I took a course in the open university.

My life was on hold for a while, the course gave me lots of purpose and meaning.

I just handed in my assignment and I feel a lot of emptiness.

I had a phone call, when i found out it was my dad on the line with my older brother in the background it was a reall downer and I felt that the conversation was very draining.

I have a lot of problems to face right now, that I put on hold and I need to find myself in the world all of a sudden.

Luckily, there is a support group meeting tonight I have been there like forever.

So at least I have a plan.

I will try to look at this now as an adventure rathen than misery.

An adventure, how I will pave myself out of this emptiness. How will I balance my life face my problems while find enjoyment, purpose and community.

I will try first of all to be of service.

Well done, Duck, for taking the online course. That is a real accomplishment; so many people give up on learning and challenging themselves. This is a big accomplishment.

Good luck with the meeting. Let us know how it goes.
