so many mistakes, so many moral failings

Post by manuel_moe_g »

sometimes i think about my faults

it feels like so many mistakes, so many moral failings

but a good thing about such a life is that i can have authentic compassion for other people who are struggling

Manuel Moe, thank you for sharing.

My phone battery is about to die, so all I can say for now is: feel free to share more!

Hello Manny,

Your post brought this song to mind, from years ago-
It's "These Days", by Jackson Browne, covered by Tom Rush..

The practice of Ensō, within the Japanese discipline of sumi-e. Imperfection, asymmetry and irregularity is part of being human, and painting a circle like that can be much more profound than one drawn "perfectly" with a compass or a computer.
