Feeling sad
Feel depressed because had a fight with my wife. Her temper is like a 3rd person in our marriage

I don't know if because of the abuse and neglect from my parents, I am tolerating abuse from my wife. I don't know if I still am convinced that I am unlovable. I don't know if because of my ADHD and depression I deserve the abuse because those mental illnesses make me lazy and irresponsible.

Manuel, I sense your pain and I can probably understand it more because I am also in a weak position in my own relationship. I have often suggested micro-rebellions and micro-fixing to combat the feeling of lack of agency and boost self-esteem, and it works quite well for me. Sorry for not being more active on the forum anymore, there is so much to do with the grove now in spring.
