Support groups

Post by Bigfun »

Hello
This may already exist and I may have overlooked it so feel free to point me in the right direction.
If not then I'd like to suggest a thread about Support Groups. Maybe resources, types, experiences, etc. Paul is always talking about how beneficial they can be and I've been struggling finding one or knowing what to expect etc.
Thank you for taking the time to read this
Warmly
Bigfun

A great resource is www.helpguide.org It lists a ton of resources. I mostly don't mention specific support groups because a lot are 12 step groups which ask to not be publicized at least not with a personal endorsement from a member.
