h treatment recomendations for Bipolar mom with insurance

Hi, I'm posting under my wives account with her permission. Been really helpful to listen to the podcast but wanted to ask for some advise.

I'm looking for a treatment center of some sort with my mom who is diagnosed with Bipolar 2, hypo mania and sever anxiety. She has been hospitalized twice this year. She also went through a whole series of ECT which didn't seem to help at all. She is living with us now and it's been pretty hard with our 3 kids and smallish house.

Anyone have any knowledge of longer term care that accepts UMR? Would love to send her to a six month mental health retreat/reset for intensive care to figure out her meds etc. but they are all self pay and $$$$.

Also open to all alternative treatment recommendations like ketamine therapy, ayahuasca retreats in Peru. Desperate...
