Hope everyone is alright or okay for you all
What do you do if your still on the "hot seat" for being absent too much; worse than last year. I am in a union job so it is mainly safe but
still i am the only one earning any money paying all the bills at home the house and car etc. etc. I am worried again have to provide a psychiatrist note i have used all of my sick days way too many. Now i feel that i can't ever have a sick day again; i don't know who to trust at work. I feel like they want
to get rid of me. Any advice?

Up front, I know absolutely nothing about unions, so forgive me if this is naive. Do you have a union rep? Is it something you can discuss with them? Maybe they can offer advice or at least tell you what the company can & can't do to you?
