My new mantra: 'I'm not just a boat. I'm part of the ocean.' - It's not from the article. It's something I just paraphrased from another thing I heard just after reading this article. Yeah...

I realize this was posted a while ago - I just saw it though. Really good article, glad to see mental health getting some coverage. Thanks for sharing.
