Hi friends.

Can I bookend for three things?

1. Prepare my food for work tomorrow: containers in the bag into the fridge.

2. List my eating for today.

3. Balance my checkbook and track my spending.

All three are related to the advice and encouragement of the counselor and nutritionist.

Sometimes I "forget" to follow up: in reality I have anxiety about using my words

Completing the bookend: 2.5 of 3.

I prepared my food for the next day, bagged it, tracked my eating for that day, and balanced my checkbook. I did not track my spending (ie put it into categories). Grief and exhaustion caught up with me.
