I'm afraid to have children and that I will not only recent them but not feel any love for them.

I'm afraid to not have children and regret it.

I'm afraid I missed my chance to doing with my life and I will never be productive and just sadly cost through life.

I'm afraid everyone thinks I'm a self centered idiot with no self awareness but everyone's too nice to say anything to me.

I'm afraid of losing my arms or more specially my hands. I have really small toes, so I couldn't really transfer any skills to my feet.

Lots of people, myself included, have fears that others think they're annoying but are too nice to say anything. I've seen/heard it a lot in these fear lists.
