My wife and I are seperating

Hi,

Just over a month ago, I told my wife I wanted to separate. It was horrible. Since then we've tried relationship councilling and it has just got worse. Considering I want to leave I've found her technique of shouting and demanding I change and telling how bad a treat her to be rather odd.

Yesterday I said enough is enough. The separation is now not negotiable, it's happened.

I'm moving out early next week.

We have a 20 month old daughter. It's very hard.

It sounds like the separation is necessary but that doesn't make it less painful. Hopefully, being apart will allow you the space to co-parent without getting verbally abused.

I'm sorry this happened, but this sounds like a bad situation that you need to remove yourself from. It's heartbreaking that you will be separated from your child as well. Take care of yourself.
