I just found Paul Gilmartin on Spotify and am very grateful don't know if I will be able to listen to all episodes. But am trying to implement in my daily. You are doing a great thing with your podcast you may be helping better than therapy. Your show is awesome and very grateful for what you are doing. Thank you
