Hi, windchimes! Sorry you're dealing with all that crap as a kid, but I'm glad you are acknowledging it and hopefully getting some sort of treatment. ??

Hello windchimes,

My own mental health problems started around the age of sixteen. (I'm forty-six now.) Mostly depression but also anxiety in more recent years. I feel for you. So sorry to hear that you are in pain.

Here are some podcast episodes that I have found to be helpful. Maybe they would be valuable to you, too.

#260 with Dr. Jonice Webb
#252 "Paul Gets Interviewed" where Paul Gilmartin tells his story
#248 Dr Jessica Zucker 3
#247 Danny Hatch
#214 Therapist Katie Morton
#95 Maria Bamford

I hope that you learn a lot and find comfort in knowing that you are not alone.

HMA
