Hi, I'm new here, thought I'd introduce myself.

This is a great way to begin using the site and to give us a chance to get to know you. We can't connect with you if we don't know what's going on with you!

Discovered the podcast this month and have been listening to it a lot. It's been really helpful to listen to peoples perspective, and see peoples path through 'the journey' when dealing with stuff.

Just thought I'd introduce myself.

Hi.

I'm 37 year old man, and hail from New Zealand, an island of four million (maybe it's more now) people 'down under', south east of Australia.

I identify with what now seems like a veritable smorgasbord of mental health issues, and while I'm starting to feel like a bit of a hypochondriac, I'm fairly certain they are all legitimate. Anyways, I haven't ever been part of any support groups and thought like this might be a good thing to be involved in. I'll scan the boards and try to get involved over the next few days.
