So I contacted Paul to see if it would be ok to set up a closed group for fans of the pod and he said it was fine.
The group is called Mental Illness Happy Hour Pod discussion
There are a couple of “security” questions and the group operates on the same basis as the podcast. Mainly that it’s not a substitute for professional help.
