even though i understand the biomechanics of my limitations, and the other sources of my limitations that have nothing to do with anything i ever chose...

...when i hate myself i will imagine <hugging> the part of my brain doing the hating
...it is not his fault, he thinks <with twisted logic> that hating the self will be the path to helping the self
