YouTube channel on PTSD/DID/Domestic abuse

I started a YouTube channel a couple of months ago where I talk about my experience with PTSD/DID/Domestic abuse. I am finding it helpful to express myself verbally- as hard as it is, it seems to be helping me moved forward.
