turned away
turned away
Ive been deteriorating rapidly. Today I went to a crisis center. They told me to come back monday because there was no supervisor. I was really honest about my unwanted thoughts, emotions, stress level, hopelessness, living situation, history, etc. but nothing. Well I guess a slip of paper with a suicide prevention hotline isnt 'nothing' but its close enough.

I'd say go to an actual hospital, but use that as your last resource....general hospitals don't have a good history of treating psych patients.
Call that hotline. They probably have resources they can pass on to you that can help you find something more appropriate locally.

Hi Lucy,
I agree if you are feeling that you really need help and that you are going to hurt yourself, please go to a hospital even though they are usually not great with things like this. It may lead you to find the help you are asking for.
