Hi everyone! New here and fell in love with the honesty and candid discussions on the podcasts. I have bipolar 2 w/ some borderline episodes. I mainly have to manage the black dog/depression. My family has a history of mental illness but, they never admit to it. They all look at each other dunfounded...like poor girl where did she get this. Just want to heal and live my fullest potential but, struggle with self confidence. My family did not give praise freely.
