I don't want to eat anything

For about a couple of weeks I just don't want to eat anything.

No that's not accurate, I am hungry and I do want to eat just not what I have.

That still is not accurate, I don't know what I want to eat therefore I cannot buy or cook what I want to eat.

I have never had this kind of problem, I love to eat. However, these days I eat because I'm starving not because I enjoy the food I eat. Cooking a food or buying a food or eating a food all overwhelms me, the idea of eating food overwhelms me.

Tonight I did want to eat something and then I didn't. The very fact that I need to cook made me just sit down and here I am posting this, I don't want to eat, feel it's too much.
