Re: Hi
Hey Jessica!
I am also a new person to the forum. I am also working in Life Sciences (I'm on break at work right now). Just wanted to say hi to a fellow Bio girl
Personally I love my work, but have experienced some drawbacks being in a science field. I admit that mostly because I am not very confident, I have not made progress in my field. And I get the feeling that another reason I haven't advanced as far as others is my gender... Do you ever get that feeling? Maybe you are doing better than I, and I do hope so! Our Research department is overwhelmingly male (about 80% male) while our Production area is overwhelmingly female (90% female).
So welcome from another newbie!
