I've recently joined an online sober group called talking sober. So far a great group of folks like us, struggling and expressing ourselves. This game was a big help and distraction from my thoughts and so I wanted to post it here too. I like your suggestion. Sometimes when I'm feeling really bad I'll find that I can still play a few minutes of Words with Friends and it reminds me that my mind is still functioning on some level. So here goes:
