Today I realized I hadn't showered for four days...I used to shower everyday and enjoy it. Now I hate it and use dry shampoo and baby wipes to avoid showering...

Doing anything is hard. I need to go change the catbox cause my house now smells like cat pee. The fact that I can't keep up with it makes me feel overwhelmed and worthless. That makes me depressed and less able to get up and do things. Eventually I will do it and feel a tiny bit better. Then I will get overwhelmed by something else and become depressed and the house will again smell like pee. Depression literally stinks.....
