Wow, I have been on the internet for many years and never once knew about any forum for mental illness. Happy I found it. Well I am Donnie aka: 5108 and I am bipolar. I manage it very well these days but struggled for some time before I found my routine. Not so sure what to say here so for now I will just say hi. Feel free to contact me I am a good listener and i never judge.
