Checking in
I relinquish the desperate and unrelenting struggle for horrible certainty
And fall back into perfect confusion
And think, ‘what the fuck is actually happening?’
And feel lucid, curious and able to breathe

Yes, sometimes the repetition is comforting, and sometime excruciating,,,

Re: Checking in
Beany Boo, I've been wanting to say for awhile how much I am astounded by your approach to things. While I will occasionally peer into the darkness, you will jump in and let it wash over you and let things land where they land. It's amazing to watch.

I know, it’s a thing.
The scary part is holding a boundary where one doesn’t necessarily sit. Hopefully that gives the other person enough context to process what I’m saying, as supportive.
Thank you Heather.
