Yesterday I felt awful...so depressed I could barely function. I haven't felt that bad in about four years.
Today I feel a lot better. It was a nice sunny day and I went for a walk in the park with my family after work.
I have about 15 minutes until my Better Help session. I messaged my therapist yesterday about what I was feeling and she said we can certainly talk about it in our session. I know I need to deal with what caused my despair yesterday, but at the same time, I don't want to bring down the nice day I'm having. Oh well, we'll see what happens.

Re: Mixed Feelings
But if you're feeling better now and can reflect on what might have been a trigger, or how to cope better next time when in thrall, that's all to the good, right?

Re: Mixed Feelings
Update: I went ahead with my Better Help session and I'm glad I did. I felt better after talking with my therapist. I think these therapy sessions might be like running for me. It's hard to get out there on the trail, but once I do, I'm glad to be running.
Re: Mixed Feelings
Congratulations on doing the session even though you had some negative anticipation about it, remarks. I'm glad that it helped.
